By accessing or using Maru Widgets (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.
Maru Widgets uses YouTube API Services for certain YouTube-powered features. By using Maru Widgets, including features that use YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You should review the YouTube Terms of Service before using YouTube-powered functionality.
Maru Widgets provides custom livestream widgets and creator tools designed for use with OBS, StreamElements, Pogly, and other supported broadcasting software. Current features may include multi-platform livestream chat aggregation, live viewer counters, public livestream information displays, and creator-focused streaming utilities.

Maru Widgets relies on third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Cloudflare, GitHub Pages, StreamElements, Pogly, and other service providers used to deliver widget functionality. Availability and functionality may change if these services modify, restrict, or discontinue their APIs or services. Maru Widgets is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies unless explicitly stated.
Certain features access publicly available livestream information through YouTube API Services. Use of those features remains subject to applicable YouTube and Google terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Maru Widgets accesses only the information necessary to provide the requested widget functionality.
The Service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, Maru Widgets does not guarantee uninterrupted service, continuous uptime, or compatibility with every platform or future API change.
Unless otherwise stated, the software, branding, website content, and original assets associated with Maru Widgets are the property of Maru Widgets. Third-party trademarks, logos, platform names, API Data, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maru Widgets is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Maru Widgets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
